Sonia at Co-Stay Solutions has been managing my Airbnb in Heber, Utah, for over a year, and she’s been phenomenal! Her expertise has significantly boosted my revenue through optimized listings, dynamic pricing, and a keen understanding of the Heber market. Sonia is always on top of things, handling guest inquiries, maintenance, and bookings with incredible efficiency. Her proactive communication and thoughtful touches, like guest welcome packages, have earned rave reviews and repeat bookings. She treats my property with care, ensuring it’s perfectly maintained while suggesting smart upgrades to enhance its appeal. Sonia’s dedication and strategic approach have made my Airbnb thrive, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Sonia to any host!

Sonia is one of the most thoughtful and considerate hosts I have encountered. The property is so accommodating and relaxing, in proximity to both Boca and Delray. Sonia was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.

We are VRBO owners in Texas, so we are admittedly picky when visiting others' VRBO or other rental homes. This Park City home is excellent, top to bottom. Very nice, well maintained and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. Game room. Hot tub. Two car garage. Ski storage and boot drying room. The owner was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I was skeptical about the "commute" to Park City but should not have been. From leaving the driveway to pulling into the main parking lot at the base of the mountain was max 10 minutes, and that's if you hit the red lights. I highly recommend this place.
